About Us

From Back - Front (Derrick, Aishah, Vincent)

We're a bunch of students from Malaysian Institute of Art. All of us are taking fashion, but Aishah (publicist) is the baby in this team, being the only female member as well as the junior- she's only in her third semester, while Derrick and Vincent (the fabulous stylists) are in their fifth, and both of them are very active as well as creative designers.

+Aishah Abdullah (publicist)

This young lady from the busy city of Kuala Lumpur is only 18 years old and has the drive and passion in fashion, as well as writing. Music is her inspiration, and she draws inspiration from Led Zeppelin songs.

+Derrick Tee (stylist)

This 19 year old lad hails from sunny Port Dickson and is also known as coconut among his peers. He used to be the timid, and bullied in school for his shaved head, but now, a different person, Derrick has his confidence level sky-high, and aiming to open his own boutique one day.

+Vincent Leong (stylist)
At 20 years old, he is the oldest amongst the three. Living in Klang and soon making his way to the top. He loves Jean Paul Gaultier and McQueen. His perspective in styling is more avant garde, high fashion and very edgy, as well as it being timeless.

This is our first time joining iStyle KLIA fashion competition. Hopefully, apart from winning, we will get to gain experience plus experience a wonderful time during the competition.
